الأوراق المطلوبة من الطلاب الأجانب القادمين للدراسة بموجب اتفاق تعاون
رغبةً في تسهيل عملية وصول وتسجيل طلابكم في جامعة دمشق كمستمعين في كليات الجامعة أو تعليم اللغة العربية للأجانب.
يرجى إرسال ترشيحات الطلاب قبل ثلاثة أشهر على الأقل من موعد السفر عبر البريد الإلكترني إلى مديرية العلاقات الدولية والثقافية في الجامعة على العنوان التالي:

مرفقاً بالوثائق التالية:
1. كتاب ترشيح للطالب من مديرية العلاقات الدولية في جامعته يبين فيه الاختصاص والسنة الدراسية.2. السيرة الذاتية للطالب باللغة العربية.
3. رسالة من الطالب يبين فيها الهدف من دراسته في سورية باللغة العربية.
ستقوم المديرية خلال هذه الفترة بتأمين القبول وإرسال رسالة قبول رسمية.
جامعة دمشق ليست ملزمة بتسجيل أي طالب لم يحصل على الرسالة المذكورة من قبلنا أو لايتمتع بمستوى جيد على الأقل باللغة العربية بالنسبة للطلاب الراغبين بالتسجيل في الكليات النظرية.
بعد الحصول على رسالة القبول، تكون الأوراق المطلوبة للتسجيل بالجامعة على الشكل التالي:
• المعهد العالي لتعليم اللغات يمكن زيارة الموقع الالكتروني: http:/www.arabicindamascus.edu.sy
• الكليات النظرية (الآداب – الشريعة ........)
1. ثلاث صور عن جواز السفر + ترجمة باللغة العربية.
2. ثلاث صور شخصية.
3. فحص الإيدز ويتم إجراؤه في مركز دمشق يتم الحصول عليه من طبابة الجامعة في الإدارة المركزية بالبرامكة.
4. الشهادة التي يحملها الطالب وترجمتها إلى اللغة العربية.
5. سند إقامة مصدقة من عند مختار الحي ورقم الهاتف الصحيح (إذا وجد أي خطأ أو كان رقم الهاتف غير صحيح تمنع الإقامة منه فوراً.
Required documents for foreign students to study in the framework of a cooperation agreement
Names of candidates to Damascus University to learn Arabic must be sent three months prior to the traveling date. You can send the names to the Directorate of International and Cultural Relations

Candidates are required to submit the following:
1) A nomination letter from the Directorate of International and Cultural Relations, clarifying the academic year of the student and his\her field of study.
2) The Curriculum Vitae of the student translated into Arabic.
3) Statement of Purpose translated into Arabic.
The Directorate of International and Cultural Relations will send acceptance letters as the admission process finishes.
Students who do not have the above mentioned letter or a good level of Arabic (This case is related to theoretical colleges) will not be registered.
After getting the acceptance letter, your students can:
• register at the Higher Language Institute. They can visit the following website:
www.arabicindamascus.edu.sy, to get the required information.
• register at the theoretical faculties, then, the registration papers are the following:
1. 3 passport- photocopies.
2. 3 personal photos.
3. AIDS test results from the AIDS Laboratory in Damascus.
4. The student's academic certificates and copies of them translated into Arabic.
5. A residence documentation and a valid phone number
(The residence will be cancelled soon if there are wrong information or invalid phone number).
